Case against SP leader for speaking truth about Modi

Samajwadi Party leader Atul Pradhan of Uttar Pradesh has landed in trouble with the police for stating that the Prime Minister (PM) is a liar.

A First Information Report (FIR) has been filed against Pradhan in the Daurala police station of Meerut district for posting a 32 second video, in which he has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi tells lies. Pradhan said in the video that even the supporters of Narendra Modi tell lies.

Pradhan has stated that he had said in a rally on January 1, 2022 that the Prime Minister tells lies throughout the day. “If we cannot call lies, lies what should they be addressed as? We cannot term lies as truth. PM has spoken lies about employment and demonetisation,” Pradhan said.
