Now, class X girl gang raped in Gurugram
14-year-old girl in Gurugram, Haryana, was gang raped and thrown on a roadside on Sunday morning.
The victim, a 10th-class student, was given some sedative without her knowledge and taken to a hotel on October 29 by her friend and one of the accused, Sohail. On taking the minor to the hotel, Sohail called up his other male friends to the hotel.
The girl was raped by these tipsy boys and then thrown on the roadside on Sunday morning. The minor managed to reach home and informed her family about the incident.
Later, a complaint was lodged by the victim’s mother and the case was registered against the accused under the relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POSCO) Act at the Sector-9A police station.
Two of the persons involved in the matter have been arrested, while a search for the remaining three is still going on, police said on Tuesday.
“In connection with the matter, two of the accused Praveen and Anshu have been arrested and a search is underway to nab the remaining three,” Inspector Manoj, the station house officer, said.
