Opposition boycotts President's Address to join session of parliament

Opposition parties today boycott the President's address to the join session of parliament, demanding the withdrawal of the three farm laws.

After the members made their tributes to the deceased members, opposition parties led by the Congress entered the well of the Central Hall of parliament, shouting slogans demanding  the withdrawal of the farm laws. The Shiv Sena members also shouted slogans but due not go to the well.

The opposition members then boycotted the President's address.

The Bharatiya Janata Party, the biggest partner of the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA), described the opposition action as unfortunate.
