Photo, video contest to promote North East India

A photography and videography contest has been organised Ministry for Development of North East Region and MyGov India to promote North East India as a tourist destination, by showcasing its culture, people, arts, food and scenic beauty among other things.

The contest is open to all citizens of India and will be open till January 27, 2022 to send in entries. A participant can submit up to five entries.

The subjects for the contest are culture, cuisine, people, historical monuments, biodiversity, fauna and ecology. There is no bar on the language of the video.

The photographs and videos for the contest have to be in high resolution and the file size is not to exceed 10 Mb.

Three winners will be selected from among the contestants and the winners will get a free package to North East India.
