Terrorists kill 3, injure 13 J&K police personnel in Srinagar; Modi enjoys light and sound show in Kashi

Terrorists attacked a Jammu and Kashmir police bus killing three personnel and injuring at least 12 others, on the outskirts of Srinagar this evening.

According to information available, the terrorist first fired on the bus tyre to stop it and then showered the bus with a staccato of bullets. The police personnel were returning to their camp after the end of their duty for the day. The army has moved in, in the area and is trying to apprehend the terrorists.

Even as the terrorist attacked the police bus Srinagar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, enjoyed the light and sound show at the Kashi Vishweshwar Corridor, the first phase of which was inaugurated by Modi, earlier in the day.

Modi, later tweeted his condolences on the death of the three uniformed personnel.
